HI Ashley, I hope you have enjoyed your weekend. I would have some lenders on my panel that may consider your current financial situation. Please contact me if you would like me to assist you with your refinance and the funds to complete the construction of your new home. Thank you for the opportunity to assist you with your finance requirements. Kind regards Tracy

Hi Ashley, Thank you for your question, and YES, there is a possibility of refinancing and incorporating the tax debt and possibly the construction depending on where you are with it. There are many aspects that effect the loan such as sufficient equity in your property and affordability but I would love to chat with you more and with more details would love to assist. So please feel free to visit my profile for contact details. Thanks Debra,

Hi Ashley, Thank you for your email. I would recommend approaching a lender that specialises in refinancing and consolidating tax debt for self employed clients. If the land valuation stacks up and you can demonstrate affordability in making loan repayments then it's possible to apply depending on the land value if you can get equity/cash out for the builders deposit. To work this out let me know how much the end debt would be, land refinance, construction quote and tax debt and provide your best estimate of how much the property would be worth once complete. Contact me via my profile I will need to workout your annual income and living expenses then I can give you an estimated preliminary assessment for your consideration. Kind Regards, Angelo

Hi Ashley, Different lenders treat the tax debt differently, it is still possible for you to get a loan. The size of your tax debt and your history of repaying the debt will be crucial factors that a lender will consider when reviewing your application. You’ll need to provide the lender with a reason for your tax debt, and this reason may affect its decision to offer you financing. If you would like to see what options are available to you please contract me via my profile and I'll be in touch asap.
