Before you look at refinancing, can I suggest that you approach your current lender to see if they can 'sharpen' their pencil on rate for you (assuming that's why you are looking to change) - we have a process to do this (there is no cost for you to do this) and or you can do this direct with your current lender. Hi Ryan, the property has to be in an acceptable zone for the lender to use for security and if the value stacks up?should be able to get you in a loan under 3.99%PA. i am in WA, so please contact me to discuss further.

Hello Ryan, many lenders take rural properties. If there is only a house currently tenanted that's great. The other requirement would be how far is it away from the main town. Love to discuss this further contact me.
