Hi Elmer, Thank you for the question and I would be happy to help you with the purchase of your first home. I would need to look at your financials to work out your maximum borrowing capacity and I am happy to meet you to discuss your options further. I can be reached via HashChing. Regards Neeliya

Hi Elmer. I’m a very experienced broker who specializes in first home buyers and I happen to live in Geelong with an office also in Melbourne. We’d probably need to chat about how far your $35k can take you but on first glance your $650k budget will be too high with that much deposit. So, probably looking at around a $600k purchase. But let’s chat fisher about it. Reach out (after reading reviews) via my profile.

Hi Elmer, good on you for your plan for a first home! You'll want to get some certainty about your level at which you can go to on your loan & purchase, as $650,000 may be rather high. The first step is to secure you a pre-approval so you can proceed with confidence and make your dream a reality. Contact me to get an indication of what banks could pre-approve you and at what $ level.
