Hello Jagat, I've never been to Wollert near Sunbury. Sounds like you love property. Have you taken any further education about different types of property investment ? It looks like there a number of Brokers happy to help. I would choose one closer to you than me. Much of the advise Brokers give is in realation to your overall goals, objectives and preferences so a one on one chat with a Broker of your choosing would be the best way to go. Hi JS, ... If you haven't selected a builder for the investment property, you could consider just settling the land, considering settlement is in a couple of months. This will give you time to organise your plans and building contract, you can then apply for the construction loan separately. I highly recommend you book a time with a Hashching broker partner, who can properly assess your situation.
