Hi Varun Thank you for your question If you get a loan depend's on your and your wives income The loan amount will be established with your income minus living expenses, minus all other loans (if have any) and your credit card limit. However; if your wife has a full-time work and is getting paid and she can go back after the maternity leave and her employer is confirming this in the form of a letter; some banks will consider and approve a loan. I would recommend you fill in the enquiry form and a broker close to you will contact you and explain all steps necessary to get a loan even in the time you wife is on maternity leave All the best
