Hi Guys, I am new to the market and have no clue how it works will be great if i can get some help. I bought off the plan unit in March 2016 for 650K of which i paid 20%. But now it's taking too long infect its not even started. I am not worry about why it's late or whatsoever. But now i am thinking maybe i made a big mistake. I should have bought somewhere else. Anyways - My question is what if i buy something now for cheap like up to 250k to 300k as an investment property as i have saved about 10% of it. Is it a good idea? Or it's gonna be tough to get loan for my actual unit after completion which is probably going to be end of 2019.
