Hello Siobhan the best option for you I think would be what is called portability. This is you stay with your present Lender pay down your loan to the amount you want on the new purchase. The security for the loan than becomes the property you are purchasing. There are also other Lenders who will consider income like yours. I would like the opportunity to sit down with you and explain the options in more detail, Jenny

Hi Siobhan. A non-bank Lender is probably your best option for lender to use only Centrelink Income. As each customer is different with their own complexities and borrowing power, best way to proceed would be to get in touch and we can discuss your situation in detail. It would be my pleasure to assist, please get in touch if you would like to discuss further, Kathryn

Hi Siobhan There are 2 x ways that you could look at doing this - 1 is a new loan via a lender that accepts centerlink income 2 is via a method called 'portability' and this is where we move your loan from House A to House B - the process and conditions will vary depending on your current lender - but we can almost certainly assist you with that. Please let me know if I can help, happy to catch up if you prefer Scott
