Hi Amit There are lenders out there that you are able to borrow up to 95% on purchase price for first home buyers. You will need though to show 5% genuine savings which it seems you do have. I will be more than happy to assist you in reaching your dreams of owning your own home. I have over 30 lenders on my panel. If this may interest you please contact me via my profile page and we can work together to make this happen. Look forward to hearing from you . I specialise with self employed applicants as well as our company also had in house tax accountants and financial planners.

Hey Amit thanks for reaching out again. Good to see you are responding on a Sunday morning to my reply last night - I can sense your urgency but also sincerity. Lots of brokers here will help you, and I will offer the same. There are heaps of options for you, but I would prefer to get to know you a little better first. You and your family (if any) are not alone on this journet. Let me help you grow.

Hey Amit, good evening to you. You certainly can. Depends on a variety of factors, most important of them being how long you've had your ABN for, and how many months/years of trading you've had under your belt. Don't be too sucked in by what the media says about having '20% deposit here' or 'minimum two payslips there'. We've been taught since young to be employees, not self-employed. Naturally you are concerned and have questions. I would love to walk right next to you in this journey. You have a lot of options. Have a wonderful Saturday night. John

Hi Amit. How long have you been self employed for and getting a loan will depend on your income by way of your tax returns. Let me know if I can help. Regards. Daniel
