Hi Rajvinder Lending for the self employed can be a bit more involved than just having the deposit sitting there. Although you do have a great start. You will need to be able to prove ability to repay. Most brokers can help you with this, and finding the right lender that will except self employed income. Rates can start under 4% depending on your history, have you been in business longer than 2 years? Have you applied for the First home buyers subsidy? We are happy to help just add your details to the Hashching site and a broker will call. Simple Depending on your situation you may need to prove that deposit is in your name
