Hi Imayavaramban - all lenders request 6 months' bank statements for loans if you are doing a Full doc loan & PAYG. If you are self employed - this is not required - with a Low doc loan. Hope that helps. I can get you either loan. Please contact me via my Profile page. Thanks. Lezli

Hi Imayavaramban, lenders typically like to see your bank statements to reconcile your spending habits against declared living expenses, verify salary income and identify other loan commitments / payments. I have access to a free "secure" platform that you can up load all you existing bank statements to assist the loan approval process. Feel free to get in touch by clicking on my profile. regards Richard

Yes, bank statements are required. These statement provides the lender with a wealth of information about the borrower and the borrower's spending habits. The statements also provide the lender about the person's commitment to repay debts in a timely manner. Recently Equifax has introduced a service that can help a customer provide bank statements online. The service is called MOGO and in HashChing we use it.

Hello, The answer is yes we do need bank statements. We would need 3 months of your transactions and savings account. This is a requirement under responsible lending for us to confirm from your statements your living expenses and any commitments on repayments you have. We would also need 6 months home loan statements and credit card statements if applicable. We have an automated system via HashChing or us to retrieve these statements. All you need to do is click on the tab via HashChing. It is very easy and convenient. Happy to help.

Hi Imayavaramban - this will depend on a few things - there isn't an automated system but you may be required to provide bank statements. It is a little difficult to explain clearly to you via comment. Feel free to click on my profile and contact me via email so I can explain it better. Thank you, Iva R.
