Hi Anthony. If you where happy with the work your previous broker did for you I would always advise you to contact him. There are always options out there for non traditional communications methods and getting you the product you wish for. Happy to chat further.

Hello Anthony, I'm sure your original Broker would love to hear from you if they are still Broking. These days Finance Brokers are constantly adapting to working in different ways with various banks. I have a lender that does the final loan document signing over the internet a fabulous innovation where required. AND I love Kew ! Have a lovely day. Zoe

Hi Anthony, I was once an Aussie Broker and went out on my own because there were so many better options for my clients than those offered by Aussie under their own Aussie Home Loans or other lenders on their panel. LMI may not be relevant now depending on how much your property has appreciated in value and their may also be other options that will limit any LMI payable at this time. Let me know if you would like to explore some other options, before going back to Aussie.

Ah ok. Might still be worth looking at what another lender will value it at... might be no LMI payable on the switch and we can always run a couple of valuations to see, before you proceed ;) Eg if you owed 450k on a 500k property then Iran a 90% loan and yep you gotta pay lmi. BUT if worth $570k with a diff lender then no more LMI

Hi Anthony, whilst not an Aussie franchisee I can most likely still help you refinance your home loan. We do this all the time and you may not be stuck with them. Besides, there might be a better deal out there than the Aussie option. Only one way to find out. Get in touch with me (after checking my profile of course) if you want to discuss !
