Hi Ruwan, if the purchase price would be below $750K, your total contribution towards the purchase can be $92K including the current first home owners grant of $7K in ACT. However, we would like to know more about your current financial and personal situation to discuss it with some accuracy to be helpful to you realistically in your planning. After that, you can narrow it down to available options, the range of lenders and products from which you can choose from. We use advanced product comparison tools to achieve these outcomes for our clients. If you would like to discuss it further, please get in touch with us via Hashching or our profile. Thank you! Jay.

Hi Ruwan Like yourself I have young kids and I understand your situation. Finance brokers operate nationally so unless you were specifically seeking to meet with someone face to face in Canberra there is nothing stopping you from dealing with any qualified & accredited broker nationally. I take the time to explain matters to my clients in simple terms and I give them peace of mind. I will require additional information to work out your borrowing capacity including your current level of your income, liabilities (including credit card limits, car finance repayments, personal loans) and living expenses (which include private school fees). Please call me over the weekend for a confidential discussion of your circumstances. I would be glad to assist you. Regards Paul

Hi Ruwan, there are many options available. However it comes down to your personal profile and requirements which will determine which loans are suitable for you. It's not always the lowest advertised rate. Please press my profile and fill in my contact form so I can have a chat to you over the long weekend. Thanks, Shane Howley.

Hi Ruwan, Most brokers can do loans for all states. The key here is to find a broker that can guide you through the property purchase from the start to the end and also selecting the best homeloan that can fit your circumstances. Not sure you are aware or not that there is a lender mortgage insurance fee if you are not providing 20% deposit. However, I do have banks that can lend you up to 95% of the property price. Feel free to contact me for guiding your through your first property purchase or contact other Hasching brokers. Good luck and thanks. James

Hi Ruwan, Thank you for your question. Having a deposit is great but you need to have a mortgage planner look at your whole situation to give you a solution or various options in regards to what you would like to do and what to proceed with? I have many clients in Canberra and all over the country and the best thing to do is to get clear and relevant answers to achieve your goal. To achieve your goal you need a full snapshot of your financial situation and then you can make an educated and informed decision on what is best for your unique financial situation as everybody's situation differs in 1 way or another. I have access to 40+ lenders and if you need help which will only cost you a little time, please click on my profile and let me help you to achieve that goal? Kindest Regards. Glenn

Hi Ruwan on what you have provided it would appear you have a satisfactory deposit so it will only come down to working out how much you can afford to borrow taking into account your overall personal financial position. I would be happy to chat with you on this process should you wish to take this further
