Hi Don. This looks like a strong deal, but I'd like to learn more about your financial position and organise a meeting or initial phone call. We can discuss your financial goals and what kind of property you are after. I can meet you anytime, anywhere - even at your home after working hours or on the weekend.. Just click on my profile and we can get started. Warm regards, Iva Rasic.

I require more information, like do you have a credit card etc.I will be able to calculate the maximum borrowing capacity after looking at your assets and liabilities situation However assuming you have no credit card and no other loans, you should be able to borrow approximately $415,000.00. So with your $200,000 deposit, you could buy a property of approximately $600,000

$750k less $200k deposit @ 80% lending (so no LMI) = $600k. Using $85k gross income no issues with servicing the loan. Thats based on not kim owing any other liabilities or consumer debts. Wish you well in your search!

Hi Don Your tax free/salary sacrifice income certainly can increase your borrowing capacity. Broadly speaking I think you are close to the loan that you are after. However, we would need to have a private conversation/meeting to confirm everything is correct. My contact details are in my Broker Profile

Hi Don, Depends on whether the salary packaging can be forgoed i.e. only specific circumstances and a letter needs to be provided to confirm that. If this can be done, there are a few lenders who can assist in your situation. Or alternatively considering a lower loan amount would be appropriate. If you would like us to assist you on your journey to owning your first home, my contact details are available on my profile. Best of luck. Cheers, Steve.

Hi Don Calculating how much you can borrow is a little more complex with your salary packaging benefits. I would need a few more details to give you an idea. If you would like to contact me to discuss in more detail, my contact details are in my Broker Profile. Regards Darren
