Current home value 430k-450k going off the market at the moment- we have a mortgage of 285k left on this property.We have no other expenses other than mortgage/insurance/etc repayments $380 weekly approxliving expenses $300 approxLooking at home loan around 490k-520k

Hi Francis - there are 3 key parts to lending that a broker would need to know to assist, see below. PS - I usually send out a link that can be completed in 5 minutes or less on a phone or computer and I can be back to you with options within 15 minutes. 1. Income & Expenses 2. Equity or Deposit3. Policy - including location, size, history of employment, probation, unit density, LVR, family guarantee etc.Knowing these are suggested by other can allow a broker to provide the correct options.

Hi Francis, thank you for your enquiry.As everyone has mentioned we all need more information, if you live on the northern beaches or close to the city i can come out and see you, after we have quick chat on the phone. Different banks have different borrowing calculators so depending on your personal situation as to which lender we would go with. You may have seen really low rates on tv but sometimes those lenders don't actually give you the most borrowing amount, so your personal circumstances really need to be taken into consideration.
