Hi Vince Thank you for the question. You have done extremely well to save up your deposit which is lower than the required 5% from most lenders. Providing you are building you would be eligible for the FHOG as well which will help with getting the full 5% deposit. Please contact me via this website to discuss your options further. Regards Neeliya

Hi Vince, I might be able to assist you with the lower deposit that you. Although you have done very well to save what you have, we can assist you over the line. Contact me via this website if you would like to know more and I will be able to meet you at a time that suits you, I am based right next to the suburbs you are looking in.

Hi Vince, You can apply if you have a credit card debt but the bank will look at the limit of your credit card for assessment. However, you will need to save a bit more, a minimum of 5% plus some fees and charges, before we can lodge apply for a pre-approval, unless we use a parental guarantee. Please contact me via HashChing to discuss further. I have helped a lot of first home buyers and I am just a town away from Cranbourne. Regards, Daniel

Hi Vince While your income is good, unfortunately your deposit of 20K is insufficient. You will need a minimum of a 5% deposit plus a little more to cover stamp duty costs. You are fully stamp duty exempt upto the purchase value of $600,000. You need to save a little more or perhaps utilise your parents property as additional security. Contact me via Hash Ching to assist you further. Regards Daniel

Hi Vince, Thank you for your question. You can get a home - just depends on what you are looking at. Brand new home or established home. Guess you know about the $10K FHOG + no Stamp duty for FHOB under $600K value home. Please contact me via my Profile page and I'll help you. Thanks. Lezli
