Hello Adam, Thanks for the enquiry. As I understand you are looking to refinance, consolidate some debt then renovate and sell. at the same time looking for a construction loan to build as an owner builder. It is important to get the right Lender who will entertain both of your requirements as not all Lenders will do an owner builder loan. Yes, we can assist with that and do much better than your current Lender. You will also need assistance with Planning and Building Permits and help with Project Management. Hi Adam - Firstly the re-finance. Who is your current lender and what`s the interest rate. Do you also need money for renovating? If you don`t why not finish the renovation and sell and then paying out your existing commitments.
