Hi Mel, If you’re talking a cash deposit, not easily. If at all to be honest. But, if you have access to equity in a home you already own, options start to possibly open up. Or, failing that option, is there someone from your immediate family that can go guarantor for you? Could they provide a security guarantee with either their owner occupied home or even an investment property, that will allow you to borrow the full amount for the purchase including costs? Happy to have a chat with you if you have more questions. Feel free to reach out via HashChing. Cheers. Mikal Howard

Hi Mel, If this is your first home there is a number a couple of options for you. One of those options involves a security guarantee via a family member ( Mum, dad or grand parents). This is an option that will need to be discussed with them and i would need to sit down with them to explain the whole process. There are also options involving HomeStart which allows you to purchase a house and land package using the $15,000 First Home Buyers Grant involving a deposit as little as $3000. It will depend on the purchase price and the areas that you are looking to purchase in. Happy to chat anytime and you can reach me via Hashching. Good luck with this. Regards Gerry Bosco
