Hi Rose, just want to clarify the type of permanent Visa Ie; 457 subclass etc. also be aware that all loans for this type of VISA and being non residence are mostly at 70% LVR, meaning that you need a 30% deposit and you are not required to prove genuine savings through 3 month bank statements or rental history, as this loan will not require LMI (lender mortgage insurance). The following information will also apply to most of the lenders: - FIRB will NOT be required - Investment Products only (owner builder and Low Doc not available) - Applicants purchasing an Investment Property must have a minimum of 12 months remaining on their Australian Visa. - Proof of own contribution required - All borrowers must have 20% ownership. - Where the passport country of issue does not match the country where the applicant is employed, evidence is to be supplied to show the applicant is able to reside and work within the foreign country. I have a wealth of knowledge regarding your scenario and happy to assist you further.

Hi Rose, From the information provided this maybe possible. Your income in AUD is acceptable however would need to review the country your working in (to ensure it is on the acceptable list) and that the appropriate required work visas are in place. Other general criteria also would require to be satisfied such as deposit size, acceptable credit history etc. Please feel free to contact me through my profile page I'm also based in Perth. Regards Mark.

Hi Rose, your eligibility will depend on which currency you are paid and if you have sufficient deposit for 20% + costs. If possible, your chances of success would improve significantly if your salary was paid to an Australian Bank account. I am located in the South West of WA, but happy to discuss further. Best of luck.
