HEY Riley... chances seem good from the brief you uploaded. You may be able to use a major lender if your self employed role is a continuance of your previous roles, despite only being S/E for less than a year. Loads of options available to explore prior to answering further. Our job as HashChing brokers is to weed out the suitable options from your particular circumstances and offer you the best of those. Select a broker you feel confident with and get an appointment.

Riley, I'd be happy to help here and your situation seems fine to apply for the mortgage. Just need to know a few details and I'd be able to tell you if you can or can't get a home loan with these requirements. This might however be second tier lenders if not accepted and classed in big four or prime lenders bucket. Hopefully the first income can be used as main or only income. alternatively if the second (business income) income has to be used than second tier lenders might be considered. Otherwise it just depends. The income seems fine and the deposit is good too so it may just depend on your income or whether or not we may need to use both incomes, which might through out some lenders. As mentioned please let me know and I'd be happy to look into this for you. Besides, I'm only a 15 minute drive from you so I can come and see you sometime soon, or assess the situation over the phone. Best regards, Milan.
