Hi Tony, Most lenders now revert owner-occupied Interest Only loans to Principle and Interest. Finding a solution for you will all depend on the following: *The current loan balance * The value of the property * Your age *Your pension income, can it service the loan You might have the same issue again if you have an Interest Only Loan with another lender.
