Hi Timothy. Some lenders definitely do consider the pension as income. Would need to make sure we service over a shorter loan term due to retirement rules. Happy to help! Jo

Hi Timothy - it sounds like this would be your main residence so many lenders want your home paid off by 70 or 75. Im not sure if that is possible or if you have any superannuation that could assist repay any residual loan. Happy to help and see if there are options.
