Hi Marcia, this the key advantage of seeking assistance from a Credit Adviser. We have access to top 4, mid size, second tier lenders (who's rates are generally cheaper) and specialist lenders. To assist you as easy as possible send through an enquiry to HashChing and they will get you in touch with a broker close to you. All the best Michael (FNQ Lending Solutions & Mortgage Broking Adelaide)

Hi Marcia, if your experience with banks hasn't been a positive one in the past be assured we can introduce you to a number of smaller but service focused lenders. We will give you the time and provide appropriate credit advice.

Hi Marcia There are a few lending institutions that aren't "banks" per se. I assume you are meaning the Big 4? There are a range of 2nd tier lenders as well as mutual banks or credit unions. Contact me and I can talk you through some options.

Best advice is to see a broker who will give you all lender options. You can then choose a 2nd tier bank or a lender.

Hi Marcia, As Dim mentioned there are a number of non-banks, aka lending societies. Unfortunately they're all big bank type institutions no matter how they dress it up. Chat to a broker and they can find the best of the lot for you. I'd love to help if you want to fill out a contact form. Regards, Tom, The Bearded Broker

The best option is to sit down with a broker who can go through the options with you to best suit your circumstances and you can decide what you would like to do from there. Personally, I wouldn't be paying a fee to use a broker. We are based in Brisbane if we can help you.

Hi Marcia Short & Simple would be to arrange a time with a broker you prefer to come and visit you at your convenience. I will be happy to come and visit after hours as well. Let me know.
