Hi Riley, Yes. new documents will be required if you refinance as the bank will require this information to assess your situation. However, this process of refinance is as clients say " far more easier" as they have been through the banking process before. By seeking representation of a Mortgage Broker they will do most of the legwork for you and will make the process of refinance as less stressful as possible. They are also able to negotiate and research the best possible product for your situation, while you sit back. If you would like further information or questions answered directly please advise and I can attend to those to ensure all your queries are answered.

Hi Riley, in most instances, yes will need to reapply as the lender will need to do their due diligence and double check your financial position, income position and if you have had any additions to the family etc. It would be a wise decision to speak with a mortgage broker and review their panel of lenders to make sure you are getting the best home loan product for your circumstances now, and for them to consider what your long and term short goals are with the current property. Due to advances in technology, the refinance process can be made very simple these days with some great technology to assist compiling your loan documents. Currently I am working with lenders who will give us a decision within 48 hours. Sing out if you think I may be of service to you. Matt

Hi Riley thank you for your enquiry. It will depend upon your situation. If you are doing an internal refinance with your existing lender you may not need to provide this. If you are looking at taking your loan to another lender then yes you will have to provide all new documentation. Let me know if you have any further questions. We can probably make it more simple than you think! Regards, Erica

Hi Riley, I hope you're well and thanks for your question? Yes you will. Is it with the same lender? What is the purpose of the refinance? Are you increasing the loan amount? There are a lot of questions that need to be answered to provide more thorough information for you but normally you will have to provide all updated documents and information. Kindest Regards. Glenn

Hello Riley, Yes I am afraid so. Your circumstances may have changed from previously and also when you refinance the new bank will need to know your information. This is a requirement for responsible lending. It is done in a very seamless manner.
