Hi Drew, there are some great deals out there that you may like to consider. The interest rate will be dependant on whether the purpose is for owner occupied or investment loans. Given that the loan valuation ratio is less than 80%, then you would be eligible for the best rates on the market. Happy to discuss in further detail if you would like. My number is 04**** 224.

There is a new product out that allows you to have a loaded investment interest rate (as this may be tax deductible) and your home loan debt is then heavily discounted by up to 3%. this is different and may be suitable for you. Happy to discuss.

All I mean by non standard is taht what I'm looking for doesn't match any of the 'click me' deals on this or other sites.I currently have 3 splits but am looking for a better deal. Will face some break cost on the fixed part so incentives that may offset this would be desirable.

Hi Drew, What are you to by not standard? You can easily have three splits with lenders and being under 80% you will be ok as long as you can service the loan comfortably.
