Good Afternoon Ross - for investors with multiple properties we look to secure maximum equity from mainstream lenders, removing any cross collateralisation, and then lending from specialist lenders because they "assess" other loans at interest only rates with 0%-30% on repayments - rather than 7.25-8% as most lenders. Equity - there are strategies to secure your next property especially based around owner occupied properties - currently equity for any purchase available @ 3.78% including offset (for extra funds).
