Hi Guys, Thanks for replying,just more detail. I do not have have any credit cards or personal loans. The 2 investments that have a mortgage in them , 1 is in my name with a balance of $398,971.00 and the other is in joint names with balance owing of $172,731.00. Both loans are ahead in repayments , in advance. I don't have personal savings , as I rather put the extra cash into paying down debt and adding extra funds to Super. This keeps in check from going out there spending money at Myer or DJs. Our monthly outgoings /expenses to keep alive is less than $2k. Our Principle residence and 2 investments are in joint names and the rest is in my name. The rental income in my name is $1335pw and in joint names is $750pw. The value of the property in my name is- 1) $460k- rent$425 , 4 bedroom , 2 bathroom house, mortgage $398,971.00 2) $265k- rent $355, 1 bedroom apartment own outright 3) $338k- rent $360, 2 bedroom , 1 bathroom townhouse, own outright 4) $125k rent $190, 1 bedroom unit , own outright Value of Principle address is- $595 to $600k Joint investments values are - 1) $330k- rent $390, 1 bedroom unit , own outright 2) $275k - rent $360, 1 bedroom unit , mortgage of $172,731.00 I will not contact you personally as I want you all to bid for my business after you review the additional information and want you to explain how you can assist me with my needs.
