Hi Faisal I am happy to assist you with your inquiry. I specialise in land/construction loans. With your new contract are you in the same industry? Will not be a problem at all as most lenders accept theses and contracts/probation also not a problem. Please do not hesitate to contact me via my profile page if you would like to discuss further. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Faisal Great question in providing insight in to your situation, but so far we disclose this to the lender of your choice it should be able to mitigate bank lending criteria, but do bear in mind to ensure you have the approval and given the fact that this is still a few months away it would be a good idea to get an approval and have it in place that will take away any angst. Regards Suresh

Hi again Faisal - just as long as you are employed when applying for a loan and will continue to be employed on settlement, there shouldn`t be a problem.

Hi Faisal, yes - if you continue to get renewed in contract at same employer, you will be approved. If you do not get renewed, but pick up work elsewhere on an IT contract (new workplace) you will still be OK as bank/lender will see continuity in your IT profession, even on contract. It is important that we describe this when we apply on your behalf. That way the Bank knows what is going on, and will approve you as you are a worker that continues to be in Contract Employment. Hope that helps! Drop me a line.

Thanks you very much all for replying to my query and providing your expert advise. I will be contracting in same IT field. Initially its a 6 month contract which may get extended but there are chances that contract may also get finished after 6 months and i may have to start another contract with another employer. If our land didnt get titled in next 4 months or so and will get delayed that means we will have issues in getting loan because during that time after 4 or 5 months i may have to find another contract in IT. Please advise if possible thanks.

Hi Faisal, as all my colleagues have said, we can assist - the IT industry is predominantely on contract. Does your contract expire before land settlement and will it be renewed? Make a loan enquiry via the Hash Ching Web Site and you will be allocated to a broker who will look after you. Regards

Hi! Faisal I don't see any dramas whether you are a PAYG or a Contractor as you are eligible & do qualify. I have over the years helped many clients in similar roles and situations given the line of the work has not changed apart from the fact that you have gone in to a contracting role , it is a matter of sitting across the table & discussing your options & share with the you alternatives you will have so that you can make a decision. Hopefully this gives the comfortability of what you are thinking, I encourage you to give me a call or email to help you in tailoring the right solution in your situation. Have a good day. Best Regards Suresh.

Hi Faisal; based on the information supplied, you will be able to obtain a loan. I will need to work out your borrowing capacity to decide which lender is most suitable for your circumstances. Hope to hear from you. Regards David.

Hi Faisal, yes there's lenders who accept your change in employment circumstances. Obviously you still have to be able to service the loan. Please inbox if you'd like to catch up and discuss further. Jason

Hi Faisal, yes you will be eligible. I used to be an IT Contractor too, and have had many clients in similar positions where they have moved roles/contracts. I assume are still working in the IT field as an industry (lenders like to see consistency in industry/role type if you do move between roles). There are several options so you will have no problems. Hope that helps mate, feel free to drop me a line today. Kind regards, -Joe
