Warmest Greetings Eric, Thank you for your 5star service. Could you please check if BOC can accept the Resident Return Visa subclass 155 with date of Approval 7 March 2020 and also validity for 1 year from the date of Approval. Better we check out ALL the indicative fees to see whether is it cost effective to apply or not. Thank you very much.

I would do this deal with Commonwealth Bank, bank fees all up (including admin fees for progress drawdowns) would be less than $1K.

Warmest Greetings Eric, does BOC accept Malaysia Ringgit? My husband and I are both Malaysians. How much is the application fee, risk fee, construction fee etc? This is meant for investment property. Thank you very much.

Most lenders needs at least 12 months remaining visa period. Also, as for the foreign income and construction conditions, I think Bank of China will consider your situation. The rate will be from 2.74%. Let me know if you need me to arrange the pre-approval.
